Rick (Rapanjot) Singh

Mr. Rick (Rapanjot) Singh is a highly renowned, senior lawyer who is respected by his peers, court staff and community. Nina (Shokheen) Singh

Ms. Singh is considered ‘a mover and shaker’ by members of her community.  She has established herself as a respected and experienced trial lawyer and a leader in her community.  

 

With years of experiences in trials and motions, Ms. Singh and her team pride themselves for the strong advocacy they bring forward for their clients.  

  

Ms. Singh provides mentorship to junior counsel for Trial preparation.   Having substantial experience from seeing cases from the beginning to the end, provide Ms. Singh a unique insight on how files can be settled.   

 

Ms. Singh conducts webinars and engages with the public in providing updated information with respect to family law.  

 

Ms. Singh has advised national companies and governmental entities with respect to business immigration and policy structures. 

 

She is currently on the Ryerson Venture Advisory Committee for the Brampton region in relation to the Start-Up Visa and bringing forward experiences in engaging the local community in investing in the Brampton region.  

 

Ms. Singh is part of the International Trade Committee for the Mississauga Board of Trade and receives insight on ongoing changes related to trade and international relations that can affect business immigration.

Alicia Bradley

Alicia Bradley is a Senior Paralegal who brings almost twenty years of legal experience to the team, working in senior roles in both the private and public sector. 

Ms. Bradley was the 157th paralegal to be licenced in Ontario. 

 

Ms. Bradley is semi-retired and works with R & S Lawyers on immigration matters. She brings a wealth of experience and dedication to clients’ needs.
